This week at Falcon Rose the topic is: Dreams. I've been sharing about dreams on the blog, social and in the newsletter so that you can get some of my best tips on how to work with your dream state as a healing and intuitive tool in your life.
SO How can you start inviting powerful and healing dreams into your life?
It's all about the set-up and intention! If you are sleeping in a messy, cluttered room, you can expect your sleep state to be the same. Take time to tidy and put some thought behind the space you are sleeping in. Ideally, there shouldn't be anything in your bedroom that isn't about getting quality rest. Remove the dusty pile of books, the toys your kids (or cats) left on the bed, and for pity's sake - get your your phone and all electronics out of the bedroom!
RITUAL & INTENTIONS
Next, prepare a little bedside ritual and bring in the plant kingdom! I like to burn dried herbs or resins or lightly diffuse some essential oils. It gives the room a wonderful atmosphere and sets a mood where I am ready to rest. I then ask that I have deep and restful sleep and set my dream intentions...

KEEP A DREAM JOURNAL
This doesn't have to be fancy. A simple pad and paper kept by the bed is a great tool to help you increase your recall muscle. As soon as you wake up, quickly jot down any images, feelings, words or visions you can remember for your dreams. Over time this will improve, but practice is often necessary.
Give these tips a try and I am sure that within a few days or weeks, you will see a noticeable uptick in your vivid dreaming and recall.
