In this blog I will present evidence-based ways you can work with aromatherapy, safely and effectively should you feel the onset of viral-respiratory symptoms. I know a lot of people are worried about how they can help to support their own or loved one's immune systems in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak. Here in the Netherlands we are essentially on a lock down with few tests available and limited basic supplies such as vitamin C and paracetamol in shops.
Below I have outlined 6 points based on evidence-based info that is being discussed in different forums and professional groups I am a member of. My aim here is to provide factual information on which oils have been studied in a research capacity paired with correct and safe usage for most people.
