How Do I Book A Session?
You have options! You can simply use the online booking system, or you can contact me if you have questions or are unsure what your needs are. Please use the Contact Form or book a free 10 minute phone consult.
First Time?
If it's your first time visiting Falcon Rose, you will be sent PDF forms prior to your visit. Please print and fill them out and come 10 minutes early so that we can go over your forms together and assess your goals and wishes. This is also for your safety. All information is kept in a locked cabinet within the secure premises.
What If I Want Multiple Services At The Same Appointment (example: massage AND a reading)?
In order to give you the best possible experience it's important that we limit how much information and process your body receives in one appointment. Therefore, it will be necessary to choose one appointment type or another per visit. Contact me if you need help with this.
How Can I Pay?
The on-line booking system can automatically process Credit and Debit Card payments securely via Stripe. In all other cases, you will be sent details after you book for PayPal or Bank Transfer. I ask that you pay within 24 hours of booking to keep the scheduler running smoothly. As an established (local) client, you may pay with PIN in my office on the day of your appointment.
There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. No-shows or those who cancel less than 24 hours in advance will be sent an invoice. If unpaid, future services will be denied and collections may be pursued.
Do You Work With Any Insurances?
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any insurance reimbursement.
Cancellations
Please be advised that we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel inside the 24 hour window, your appointment will be billed in full. Outside of the 24 hour window, you will be refunded or given the option to rebook. There is a limit of 1 rebooking per appointment.
If for any reason Falcon Rose Aromatherapy is unable to offer you services at your scheduled time, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
Massage and Reflexology
My office is centrally located in the Zeeheldenkwartier of The Hague.
Public Transportaion: Trams 3 and 16 stop less than a 5 minute walk from the front door.
Parking: I advise that you come early to look for (paid) parking in the area.
Entrance: When you arrive for your appointment, please press 27 + the "bell" symbol and I will buzz you in. If you are very early, I may still be with a previous client and unable to answer immediately.
Amenities
There are waiting areas, an elevator and bathrooms on site.
**Please be advised that the elevator often "jumps" when it first moves. It's completely safe, but quite alarming if you are not expecting it! You may prefer to use the stairs.

What can I do to prepare for my appointment?
Massage and Reflexology
- Please take the time to fill in the intake forms sent to you. Write down the names of any medications and/or supplements you are taking. This is to avoid any contraindications with specific essential oils.
- You may want to think about your long, short and immediate term health goals so that we can work to that.
- It's important to plan ahead for afterwards. It is strongly advised that you plan for a relaxing and restful afternoon/evening after massage and reflex treatments.
- Lastly, I advise you to wear loose, comfortable clothing that you don't mind getting slightly "oily" when re-dressing.
- Please do come with a question or problem you want to address. The spirit world is a very big place! If you don't know what you want to ask, it's not possible for me to help you. I do not do "cold readings".
- If you wish to have a record of your reading, you may use your phone to record our session (must be on airplane mode during the reading).
- Relax! Before we begin your reading, I will help you to feel comfortable and explain to you in advance what the process will be.
